Memo is an AI-powered emotional coaching and support service. Memo provides conversational AI support, memory-based personalization, and emotional wellness tools. Memo is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice.

IMPORTANT: Memo is not a licensed mental health provider, therapist, or medical service. The conversations you have with Memo are not therapy and do not constitute medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately. Memo is designed for emotional coaching and personal development. Users in the state of Nevada should be aware that Memo does not provide mental or behavioral healthcare services. Memo is not available to users under the age of 18. By using Memo, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Memo. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: - Use Memo for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Use Memo to harass, abuse, or harm others - Impersonate any person or entity - Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems

Memo offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscriptions (Premium at $14.99/month or $119.88/year, Unlimited at $40/month). You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with Memo Premium, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. To request a refund, contact support@memous.org. Annual subscriptions may receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months remaining, at our discretion.

Memo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Memo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Memo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
